Shipping policy

We start the production of your products within 2 to 5 days after ordering.

Then you need to count the shipping time:

• For Europe, shipping takes 3 to 10 working days.
• For the rest of the world, shipping takes 5 to 15 working days.

Thanks to our partner "the print space", your orders are being shipped all over the world*, from either the UK, Germany or the USA, depending on where you ordered. That way, we reduce shipping time as well as our ecological footprint.

Shipments are always tracked. Consult your emails to find a tracking number available once your package has started its shipment.

We always group your items (if you executed several different orders, they will be grouped in a package).

Packages shipped outside the European Union are, depending on the destination country, subject to customs fees.

These fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

We take care of paying these eventual import fees/taxes.
